On Saturday 29th October, 2016 the band played at the Moat House Hotel on Festival Park, providing entertainment for the Royal Lancers Regimental Association Dinner (Stoke-on-Trent Branch). A very enjoyable evening was had by all concluding with hearty singing to Stable Jacket and Land of Hope and Glory.
Well done to everyone for making this a successful event, especially our 4 soloists: Lewis Topping (Trombone), Paula Scattergood (Cornet), Gordon Bell (Flugel) and Dan Cheadle (Euphonium).
Brilliant night listening to the band. They covered all styles of music. I hope that our branch book them again for next year. – Mick Fower
