Music for a Summer’s Evening Concert

On Saturday 7th July Trentham Brass Band was delighted to welcome the Yorkshire Military Band and their Corps of Drums to join them in the concert ‘ Music for a Summer’s Evening’ at Longton Central Hall. There was a wide selection of music from both bands as well as many massed items – the 2 bands having only got together for the first time that afternoon! The Corps of Drums also amazed the audience with their drumming skills.The evening was a great success, which we hope to repeat next year in Barnsley!
